High School Graduates

First Family,
This season at our church has been full of celebrations for various milestones. We've recognized a 50-year membership anniversary, appreciated our children and youth volunteers, presented Bibles to first-graders, and we will be celebrating our high school graduates this coming Sunday.

This Sunday, we are sending our students out into a new phase of life. As a church, we have invested in these students, and with great confidence, we send them into the world as disciples. In essence, we are sending them out into a mission field, and because of this, we will be commissioning them as a church. We take time on Sunday and honor the graduates and pray over them as the congregation. This is an excellent opportunity to show these students that the church is for them and that they are supported and prayed for.
