First Baptist Church of Alexandria Counseling Center Provides Christian counseling services for local churches, families, couples and individuals in the Washington metropolitan area (DMV)

As professionally trained and licensed counselors, we help individuals find hope and healing in their struggles with stress, anxiety, or feeling depressed. Our goal is to assist individuals and couples to more effectively cope with problems, resolve issues, and heal emotional wounds while strengthening their spiritual walk.
We provide Christian counseling that is practical, effective, and addresses all aspects of self; recognizing that God created us as cognitive, emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual beings. Each counselor is dedicated to a high standard of excellence, offering counsel that is grounded in the Bible, in an environment that is confidential and caring.
While we honor individual differences, we recognize that truth is not relative. The foundation of Christian counseling is the application of Biblical truth to the heart and lives of those seeking help. Whether very familiar with the Bible or not - it does not matter, we meet individuals wherever they are in their spiritual journey.
