Thrill Ride - Session 4: I Am Here to Share Jesus
Wednesday Night

How do you share something you love with someone who doesn't get it yet? This session dives into Acts 2 - Peter's Spirit-filled message at Pentecost - and challenges students to grow in confidence about sharing their faith.

Discussion Questions
  1. Have you ever tried to explain something you really love to someone who didn't understand it? How did it go?
  2. What's one thing you could talk about for hours because you know it well?
  3. What's something that helps you feel prepared when you're unsure?
  4. Read Acts 2:1-4. How do you think being filled with the Spirit might change the way someone acts or speaks?
  5. Look back over Acts 2:17-36. What parts of Peter's message stand out to you most?
  6. Read Acts 2:37. What do you think it means to be "pierced to the heart," and have you ever felt that way about something?
  7. How could you grow more confident in sharing Jesus with others?
  8. Who is someone in your life you feel like God might be prompting you to talk to about your faith?

Thrill Ride - Session 5: I Am Here to Share Jesus
Wednesday Night

What does it look like to live in a way that points others to Jesus - even without saying a word? This session explores Hebrews 11-12 and asks students to consider how their everyday choices reflect their faith.

Discussion Questions
  1. What's one thing you talk about a lot without even trying?
  2. If someone watched your life for a week, what might they assume matters most to you?
  3. Read Hebrews 11:1-2. What do these verses say faith actually is?
  4. Why do you think God uses people to share Jesus instead of doing it some other way?
  5. Read Hebrews 12:1. What is a hindrance that you might need to lay aside in order to better run the race?
  6. Read Hebrews 12:2. How can you look to Jesus this week, rather than relying on your own strength?
  7. How does the fact that Jesus "endured the cross" (Hebrews 12:2) change how you view sharing Jesus?
  8. How might your actions or choices help someone see who Jesus is, even if you don't say anything?
